Spence is HIGH SCHOOL Bound--Hooray!

Please someone stop and tell me how this adorable little boy--that loved "lell-o" (yellow), his smiley face pin, who had significant speech language issues, that was the most precious little boy that I had ever encountered.... grew up and became this young man. Make it stop. I can't bear it.

Bo. And Big Bird.
Paci-boy
Seriously, he doesn't have a neck. I put him turtlenecks everyday. Bold primary colored turtles.
He has slayed me every day of his life.
Spence and Kym Gardener, his 8th grade Academic Dean. Someone who was kind.
Spencer Dicks--8th grade history. Fine teacher. Super hard. A baby himself.
Andrew Needham-Latin. Another dear teacher. Thank you for teaching my buddy. Another young one.

Middle school hasn't been what I'd hoped it would be for Bo at Trinity School. He derailed early and the school didn't succeed in doing their part to get it back on track. It sucked and then some.

We're looking forward to a new start in a fine school.
The McCallie School in Chattanooga, TN.

I'm praying that Spence finds one true, loyal and faithful friend. One that totally gets him. One that he can trust, where he can just be himself. So many adults get Bo. Suffering builds character. We're not there yet, but someday he will be a man of great character.

I adore you , son. You are my pumpkin man.
